Abu Dhabi Airport will become more convenient for people with disabilities

Abu Dhabi Airports (ADAC) has announced its intention to improve the quality of service provided by Abu Dhabi International Airport to people with disabilities. To this end, ADAC established a special coordination committee, which included representatives of Abu Dhabi Airports itself and its ADAS branch responsible for ground operations, as well as their key partners Etihad Airways, General Directorate of Civil Aviation and representatives of the humanitarian organization ZHO .

The committee will work closely with airport services to implement the ADAC project and provide all passengers with the most comfortable stay at Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The project involves debugging airport equipment taking into account the needs of citizens with disabilities, as well as the creation of special types of services for such passengers. Personnel directly in contact with airport visitors and passengers will be specially trained to provide all customers with high quality service.
