Kempinski chain opening new hotel in UAE receives prestigious award

Europe's oldest luxury hotel chain Kempinski, which currently owns 62 hotels around the world, including the United Arab Emirates, has received the prestigious Best Brands Award in the Best Service Company and Service Provider of 2011 category. It should be noted that along with Kempinski, the award in the same category was also received by the largest German bank Direktbank ING DiBa and the largest national air carrier in Germany - Lufthansa.

The recognition of Kempinski as the best service company in 2011 according to the Best Brands Award puts it on a par with such large world-famous and most popular brands in Germany as Volkswagen, Lego and Apple. “The fact that the Best Brands Award considers the quality of our services to be the highest is a special reason for us to be proud,” said Reto Wittver, President and CEO of Kempinski. “Caring for each of our guests on an individual basis is what makes Kempinski a special brand and distinguishes itself from others. Our main task is not only to satisfy all the requests of our guests, but also to exceed their expectations.”

The Kempinski hotel chain in the Middle East has become an essential part of the region’s business community. This year, Kempinski is going to open its first hotel in Bahrain, a new hotel and furnished apartments Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
