The official statement of the tournament organizers said that Tiger Woods expressed a desire to regain the title of winner, which he won in 2008 in Dubai. Woods is confident that the first-class golf course at which the tournament will take place will contribute to his victory. The Dubai Desert Classic 2011 international tournament will be held on the Emirates Golf Course from February 10 to 13.
