Swiss company opens chocolate academy in Dubai
Swiss company Barry Callebaut Group opens chocolate academy in Dubai.
It will be the first chocolatier training center in the region and will present the 150-year history of sweet brands.
The Academy will offer both theoretical and practical courses created by culinary professionals and leading industry experts, including employees of large hotels and restaurants.
