Mirdif City Center opens in March 2010

The company, which has nine largest shopping centers throughout the Middle East and North Africa region, which is visited by more than 120 million customers annually, reported that the construction of the tenth shopping center has been completed by 94%, and more than 95% of its space has already been leased. According to Peter Valichnovski, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Properties, the company is currently working on 14 projects in the UAE, Oman, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Yemen. It is expected that the total rental area owned by this developer will increase from 750 thousand square meters. m up to 2.2 million square meters. m by 2015.

As for the Mirdif City Center shopping complex, it is the latest Majid Al Futtaim Properties project in the northeast corridor of Dubai and the third project in this emirate after successful projects such as Mall of the Emirates and Deira City Center. Of the 430 brands that have confirmed their presence in the new shopping center, 200 will first appear in the northern emirates. Among them will be such as Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PF Chang's, American Eagle, Office Depot, 1847 Men's Grooming and many others.
