The Director-General of the Dubai Department of Economic Development, Sami Al Kamzi, solemnly cut the red ribbon at the official opening of a new office in the Dubai Mall.

The opening of another branch of the Department of Economic Development is part of its strategic plan to provide quality services to customers in convenient locations in the city, as well as to reduce the flow of visitors at the main office located in the Deira area.

The new office of the Department of Economic Development will provide services for registration and licensing of companies, including insurance, updating documents and amending existing ones, establishing and closing private companies, issuing certificates and trade permits, and collecting duties. The office will also receive complaints regarding consumer protection, as well as accept fines. Director General of the Department of Economic Development, Sami Al Kamsi, said: “Our new office will allow everyone to easily and quickly resolve all the formalities related to doing business in Dubai. We would like to especially thank the leadership of the Dubai Mall for cooperation in developing the small and medium business sector in the town".

The new branch is located on the first floor of the Dubai Mall, next to the management office of the shopping center in Arabian Court, and is open daily from 7.30 to 14.30.

Another branch of the leading telephony operator Etisalat has opened in Dubai Mall. This new anniversary office, located on the first floor of the shopping center, has opened for the convenience of Etisalat customers, who can now receive quality services from morning to late evening. Office hours are daily, from Saturday to Wednesday from 10.00 to 22.00, on Thursdays and Fridays from 10.00 to 00.00.

The official opening of the next branch was attended by many dignitaries, including Abdul Salim Al Mann, general manager of the Dubai branch of Etisalat, Ahmad Thani Al Matrushi, managing director of Emaar, as well as specially invited VIP guests and Etisalat administration staff.

A branch of Etisalat, located on an area of ​​118 square meters. m and having a futuristic design, is divided into several special sections.
