Last month, a world record was set in Dubai - the largest number of skydivers jumping from a balloon.
In Dubai, another record was recorded, which fell into the Guinness Book of Records. This time, parachutists noted, having made the most massive jump from a balloon.
The record was organized by the SkyDive Dubai parachute center, which brought together 40 people on February 10 to perform a collective jump from one balloon. Let me remind you that the previous record was set in the Netherlands in 2003, 30 people took part in its implementation.
Of the 40 parachutists who jumped, 25 did so at the same time. For the successful implementation of the record, the balloon had to be at a height of at least 1828 meters above sea level, and the preparation for the event took more than 2 weeks.
The record was set 35 km from Dubai in the desert zone of Mergam. The complexity of the record is due to the high instability of the balloon in the sky - swaying and the danger of the roll during the jump.
