One hundred and thirty Marhaba service employees have undergone serious training in order to be able to provide the highest level of service, and serve up to 150 thousand tourists a year. Decorated like a traditional Arabic Majlis, this luxurious room is open 24 hours a day. It captivates with its comfort, allowing passengers to relax before flights or in between. Regardless of the airline or flight class, travelers will find a wide selection of various refreshments and soft drinks, as well as use the services of a business center, watch TV, read the latest press and just have a good rest.
For those whose transfer in Dubai takes 8 hours or more, there is a special CityStop program that includes a 96-hour visa, hotel accommodation and transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. Transit passengers are offered a wide choice of 3 and 4 * hotels, as well as 5 * and 5 * deluxe class hotels. To take advantage of this service, a Dubai airport passenger must present a continuation ticket to Marhaba. The service is open 24 hours a day.
The "family" package is specifically designed for travelers with children. It includes the placement of passengers in a separate arrival hall and the accelerated passage of all passport and customs formalities, as well as assistance with baggage claim.
In addition, Marhaba Service offers additional services: a limousine from Dubai to anywhere in the Emirates, flower bouquets delivery, rental of luggage trolleys and special mini-cars for moving inside the airport.
