Dubai police rescues a drowning tourist

At the end of 2017, the Dubai police managed to save a man whose car was stuck in the desert, and a tourist who almost drowned in the Jumeirah area.

In the last week of 2017, the Dubai police saved two people at once.

The first was a man whose car was stuck in the desert sands near Al Lisaili. After receiving the call, a helicopter rescue operation was organized. During the inspection of the area, employees were able to locate the man and send patrol cars to help him.

The second rescued was a European tourist who began to sink near Kite Beach. The incident occurred due to a strong current, which prevented the man from swimming to the beach. A tired tourist was seen by one of the beach visitors, who immediately went to the emergency number 999. A rescue boat and two divers immediately came to the aid of the man. He was given first aid. According to employees, it took about two minutes to save the tourist.
