Dubai Canal launches new marina

The largest offshore operator in the region will be responsible for the operation of the pier at Dubai's Culture Village.

Dubai Properties has appointed ART Marine, the largest player in marine property management in the region, as the exclusive operator of its marina in Culture Village.

The 60-yacht berth, located between Garhoud Bridge and Business Bay Bridge, can accommodate vessels up to 50 meters in length.

The agreement obliges ART Marine to manage all facilities, including water and land, as well as additional facilities and provide additional services such as private parking, transfer for club members and staff assistance.

Marwan Al Kindi, Executive Director of Sales at Dubai Properties, said: “We are committed to building Dubai’s reputation as the city of the future and helping to turn it into a major maritime tourism hub. We are proud to expand our portfolio of offshore facilities by officially launching Culture Village Marina, which together with Marasi Marina is the first fully operational jetty at Dubai Vodokanal. "

Bruno Meier, CTO of ART Marine, added: “We are proud to work with Dubai Properties to manage Culture Village Marina. This project will enable us to apply our strategic approach and significant experience in customer service, cruise tourism and yachting, while we continue to collect one of the best collections of yachting centers in the region.
