Benjamin Aydin was the only designer from the Middle East to campaign with Nike to rethink the iconic Air Max series.
12 designers or, as Nike calls them, “revolutionaries” from around the world present the new Air Max vision side by side with the Nike Design team at World of Nike's headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.
Ben Benjamin Aydin, creative director of Les Benjamins, was invited to participate in the Nike Air Max's Vote Forward campaign, which began this month in honor of Nike Air Max's birthday.
Les Benjamins developed its Air Max variant at Nike's Portland headquarters based on its creative concept. Aydin Air Max shoes appeared on March 17 at nike.com/voteforward as part of the vote along with the work of other designers.
Thanks to the Vote Forward project, consumers will be able to determine the future of Air. Voting will be completed on March 25. The winning project will be announced on Air Max's birthday on March 26th. Vote now at //www.nike.com/voteforward to help bring Benjamin's design to life.
