1. Frozen dried persimmon "Balkhoorma"
Persimmon always seemed to be a faithful companion of the fall. But on the shelves of Azerbajan Trade House you will find it all year round. Containing a huge amount of trace elements and vitamins, it has many irreplaceable and beneficial properties for the body. And as the Balkhoorma manufacturers claim, this whole storehouse of useful qualities is not lost at all on the way to Dubai.
The Balkhoorma production is located in an Azerbaijani village on the slopes of the mountains of the Greater Caucasus Mountain Range. Persimmon, collected in their own gardens of local residents, is carefully sorted and cleaned. Then the moisture is removed from the fruit at low temperature using special equipment, this helps to maximally preserve all the useful qualities and rich color. Ready persimmons are packed in special containers and cooled in a refrigerator at a temperature of -25 degrees, and until they go on sale, products are stored in a special mode in barns.

"Some bought, came home, tried and called right away, asked us to leave a few packages for them. It got to the point that we had practically nothing to put on a display case, we bought everything," says Kamran Mukhtarov, manager of the Azerbajan Trade House.
Persimmon chips without added sugar will be an excellent healthy snack or treat to a home feast.
