The independent cinema Cinema Akil will show the McQueen documentary about the famous British couturier from September 28 to October 5. The author of the picture was the British director and designer Ian Bonot. At the center of his work is the life of Alexander McQueen from the time he enters the College of St. Martin until his tragic death.
To create the most believable and complete picture, Bonot had to interview the closest friends of the fashion designer and his family members. In particular, McQueen's assistant Sebastian Pons, close friend of Detmar Blow and former partner Andrew Groves starred in the film.
