The Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival is held in Abu Dhabi from November 30 to January 26. The events of the festival reflect the desire of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan to preserve the UAE’s heritage in particular and the universal heritage of world civilizations in general.

The festival venue includes a special exposition of models of historical monuments and iconic buildings from each emirate, telling about how the emirates have been developing since ancient times and how the inhabitants of the country were able to achieve modern prosperity and welfare.

The flagship event of the festival was the "March of the Tribesmen" - a collective expression of the patriotic love and fidelity of the people of the Emirates through national songs that reflect the diversity and richness of the UAE's cultural heritage.

This year, as part of the festival events, a completely new exhibition platform, “The whole world in the UAE”, was organized, which demonstrates models of world-famous iconic cultural attractions, as well as historical monuments and buildings that make up the Emirates heritage.

Festival events are designed to strengthen the UAE's status as a crossroads of civilizations, and they have something in common with Sheikh Zayed's dream of building a modern state that promotes the formation of a unified culture of tolerance and world peace.
