The success of JA Resorts & Hotels is time-tested: in the project of the hotel complex, the designers promise stone walls made of laterite, a ceiling finish made of solid teak wood, granite stairs and colorful textiles from Sri Lanka. A new resort with a budget of $ 30 million will begin to be built this summer, and the opening is planned for 2018: 105 rooms and premium class villas, a private beach (450 meters), and especially, will look especially good on the territory of the hotel (about 33 acres) - Real luxury shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.
