Located in the heart of the fast-paced Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, Iris Restaurant and Lounge & Bar has recently been modernized by Lebanese designer Susie Nasr. It is her talent that all the institutions of the Iris network owe their style. At one time, Suzy Nasr developed an original design for their first restaurant in the business center of Beirut, and then continued to work on the development of a tropical theme that everyone liked, while not forgetting to improve the general appearance of each restaurant.All Iris are distinguished from each other by their surroundings and the views from them - from the shining lights of the big city, visible from Iris Dubai, to the serene marina of Iris Yas Island. All three establishments, however, embody the main principle - a combination of tranquility and convenience with laid-back chic.
“The basic concept of Iris, whether it is a restaurant in the business center of Beirut, at the Oberoi Hotel in Dubai or on the island of Yas, is a tropical yet modern nook that exudes harmony and tranquility. At the same time trendy and cozy, comfortable and stylish. Restaurant concept Iris Yas Island is more like a secluded bungalow than a beach, "explains the designer.
According to Susie, Iris Bar on Yas Island differs from its predecessors in the size and organization of space. It is much larger than two other institutions of the Iris network, and thanks to this, three whole long bar counters could be placed here - two wooden, and the third of golden onyx. Branded "iris" bulbs hang over bar counters. The view of the marina and the futuristic Viceroy Hotel from the windows soothes and pacifies.
