Guest service Marhaba opened two new passenger reception halls at Dubai International Airport, which are located in the new Concourse A and Terminal 2 waiting rooms, with 175 and 75 seats, respectively.
In the halls there are business centers, catering points, and service representatives are always on duty, ready to provide all possible assistance to passengers. The premises are open around the clock, they are available for passengers of all airlines that have booked the service in advance. "Every year we serve about a million passengers, from family tourists to VIP guests. Our service is in high demand and we expect the number of customers will only grow," said John Conway, senior vice president of Marhaba. It is worth recalling that the service was launched in December 1991 to assist passengers arriving and departing from Dubai International Airport, in terms of passport control and baggage claim. The service is provided in all terminals of the terminal every day and around the clock.
