In Dubai, an emergency yacht refueling service appeared on demand

Nakheel has signed an exclusive agreement with a fuel delivery service that will facilitate refueling for hundreds of ship owners in Dubai.

Nakheel has signed an exclusive agreement with Cafu's fuel delivery service. Under this agreement, Cafu transport will have exclusive access to Marina Palm Jumeirah East and West, where more than 550 boats are moored.

The new service offers ship owners a quick and convenient way to refuel diesel or gasoline using a mobile application. Users are not required to attend refueling, a Nakheel statement said.

Prior to the agreement, users had to refuel an hour away from the mooring.

"Given that the number of boat owners in the UAE is expected to double to 20 thousand from now until 2025, we continue to expand our marine and entertainment business by investing about 180 million dirhams of US $ 49 million in new marinas on Palm Jumeirah and Deira Islands, "said Nakheel CEO Sanjay Manchanda after signing an agreement with Cafu founder and CEO Rashid Al-Gurayr.

Al-Gurayr said Cafu’s main goal is to bring more efficiency to people's lives through technology and innovation.
