Fashion brand Loro Piana enters the Middle East market with the opening of a store in Dubai Mall. In honor of this, under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikh Latifa bint Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, founder and director of Tashkeel, Loro Piana will hold an interactive exhibition in the "heavenly garden" of the Dubai Opera.
The exhibition will be held from November 8 to 10. She will reveal to the guests all the secrets of the best merino wool in the world - one of the most unique elements in the Loro Piana: The Gift of Kings® collection.
Tashkeel, which has been working with contemporary art and design since 2008 and supports local players, will help Loro Piana organize the event. The brand also collaborates with world famous artist eL Seed. In his amazing works, traditional Arabic calligraphy meets modern street art.
The Gift of Kings® exhibition is inspired by an ancient poem written by King Alfonso X, who played a key role in the history of merino wool. Gift of Kings® is the result of the brand’s relentless pursuit of excellence and Loro Piana's dedication to the finest natural materials.
For many years, the brand has worked closely with leading wool manufacturers from Australia and New Zealand. Every year, Loro Piana presents the Record Bale Award to the most sophisticated materials manufacturer. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to appreciate the splendor of the most beautiful wool in the world.
