The first phase of the new amusement park "Al Shaab Village" opened in Sharjah

The growth of the hospitality sector in the United Arab Emirates will be 6.5% by 2021. Such data are contained in the forecast of the World Tourism and Travel Council (WTTC). They are very optimistic for the project of a new amusement park Al Shaab Village, the first phase of which began work in Sharjah. The cost of its construction is estimated at 100 million dirhams (US $ 27.3 million).

The developer of the project was Al Zajil Fair Management. The second stage, which cost the company 50 million dirhams (US $ 13.6 million), will be launched in 6 months. The study cites data on various types of recreation, which show that tourists spend most of their money (74.7%) on leisure activities. This is also very positive news for the Al Shaab Village project, which is a modern complex of family entertainment, games, various types of art, wellness and shopping. According to the authors of the project, the new amusement park is able to meet the needs of all its visitors thanks to a wide range of entertainment, shops and restaurants serving international cuisine. Abdullah Al Dah, CEO of Al Zajil Fair Management, said: “Optimistic forecasts reinforce our confidence in the timely launch of the new project.

Our park will attract more tourists both to Sharjah and to the country as a whole and will give an impetus to the further development of its infrastructure and economy. ”It is worth noting that to date, 100% of the retail space has already been reserved by tenants. Al Shaab Village project, which is located in the administrative the center of the emirate, expects a large influx of visitors and tourists in the very near future.
